Complaint / review text:
1. I bought a Samsung refrigerator 3 years ago, and after 3 years the inside the freezer side door start cracking. As you know freezer side is used less than the refrigerator side. I have contacted Samsung for answer and they have responded by saying that it is normal wear and tare, which is not part of the warranty. If I want to fix the problem I have to replace the door which it is almost half of the price of the refrigerator.
Overall, I have never been impressed by the operation of the refrigerator unit and I would not recommend it to anyone. Samsung has WORSE customer service.
