Problems with my Whirlpool Washer Front Loading Duet 9 months after purchase! PLUS difficulty scheduling repair work!!!
I called July 24th and scheduled service for my washing machine for July 5th. Technician came out and removed debri from washer pump. I put a load of clothes in as soon as he left and washer did exact same thing as it was doing before. I called back and was put on hold by two different people for over 10 minutes each time who told me the computers were down and to call back the next day. I called back on July 6th and first available appointment was July 11th - scheduled that for 8am-12pm. Received a call around 9:00 am that the technician was sick and appointment was cancelled. Made a new appointment for today, July 14th. Received call around 10:30 am, answered call, waited for someone to pick up no answer. Called at 12 asking where technician was and was told that A & E tried to call and didn't get an answer and there wasn't a technician available. First available appointment was for July 20th! This is A MONTH after I originally called! Unacceptable!
