I will never buy another ford product. The customer service number does not work, I was hung up on 4 times. I have leased 3 cars from ford and will never do it again. They always manage to get at least 2 new tires and find even minor scratches that they charge for. I recently returned a mustang, there is no dent in the quarter panel, but the lease person documented dent and paint and charged me, the say I needed 2 new tires, 260.00 each, the total amounts to another monthly lease payment. I find this interesting, same thing happened on the last Lincoln lease return. The mustang was 15,000 miles under the lease and the Lincoln was 2-3,000 below the lease. This is intolerable and I am going to Mercedes from now on. At least they are honest and do not sent long haired junkies out to inspect the cars. The dealer I leased all of these cars from cannot believe the charges and cannot see what the person is talking about.in fact, we replaced a defective convertible top at 15,000 miles. So Ford is done, I don't care if they did not get a govt. Bail out, the company appears to be recovering money by falsely finding reasons to charge the consumers.in my lifetime I have purchased or leased 3 mustangs, 6 Lincolns, 2 mercurys, an Excursion, 2 Ford stationwagons and 3 Ford trucks. I hope they are very happy. Mercedes here I come.
