Complaint / review text:
I've been waiting six days for a District Manager to contact me regarding an issue with the Vero Beach Florida Sam's Club. I called again today to escalate the complaint further and was put on hold for about 8 minutes then a woman got on and said "just one moment I do apologize for the delay" and didn't even give me a chance to acknowledge them and was put on hold AGAIN!
17 minutes into the call and I'm still waiting.
At 19 minutes I was told that some woman named Kathleen was going to help me and she was a supervisor. I told her I didn't want to talk to her I wanted a Regional VP to call me sicne I am escalating the complaint. She asked for my membership number because I had been transferred to her by the first person I talked to (without even telling me). Then she said they were a call center out of San Antonio, TX and I wasn't even able to contact Sam's Club
What a HORRIBLE customer DIS-service department.
