I soon as I called to cancel internet and phone service for which I was a on time paying customer, they changed their tone of voice. Asking me why I wanted to cancel. I just told them I wanted to cancel period. They continued with the hostile tone of voice. Upon this request I was informed I will be billed for an additional 30 days although my service would be interrupted on the day I scheduled to close the account. The number was listed as disconnected at first. Now it's a fast busy signal as if a phone is just not plugged into the jack. They also called a relative to harrass them about me still owing a 30 day balance, which I had full intention to pay, for which all my bills were received e-billing, yet I never got a notice from them by email after this. My account has been corrected for errors in the profile via telephone 3 times long. Waiting etc... And yet still the errors are listed there still. BELL CANADA NEEDS A GOOD SLAP IN THE FACE BY THE CONSUMER REPORTING AGENCY FOR harassment for demands of a not even due yet bill. And for other methods they use toward good paying citizens. Im glad i cancelled bell canada.
