Complaint / review text:
I had a service repair appointment with Sears. They never showed up. When I called, they said they tried to call me but had the wrong phone number so they assumed I wasn't home. However, they somehow managed to have the correct number the day before to confirm our appointment as well as in the email confirmation. So they reschedule for 3 weeks later (after I'd spent the day at home waiting). Once again, they don't show up, but this time, they call 5 hours later to ask if I still want service. The last thing I want is anything from Sears.
