Complaint / review text:
I have been on hold for over 2 and a half hours now. It's been like this the last couple of days. I can't even get through to talk to someone about my account. I applied for my teacher loan forgiveness and the rep told me it was denied because I no longer work as a teacher. I had to call to get this info as it was never sent to me through the mail. I still have my job at the same place as a teacher. I don't know where they got their information from.
I've submitted my application again, and was put into forbearance so I wouldnt pay anything for when the loan forgiveness kicked in. Now they are saying I never did a forbearance and now I am 4 months behind. I dont mind paying it to bring me current, but I shouldnt have this much frustration dealing with a company!!!
