In July I ordered patio furniture covers from this company. There was a sale so I took advantage of the discount and last week opened the packages to put the furniture covers on (I live in MA).
The umbrella cover did not fit, I checked their website and the only measurements were for length and width at the bottom. I emailed them and acknowleged their 30 day return policy but asked if they would exchange it for another size or give me a merchandise credit since it was a fall item and I purchased it in July. The other items were perfect, by the way.
I got a short, little email explaining their return policy - apparently offering sale items in July for items that won't be used until well after the 30 day return policy didn't concern them. So now I have a useless umbrella cover and a bad taste for this company.
