Complaint / review text:
I have dish network for an year now and am very pissed with their hidden charges. I had English package and wanted to get the international package. They informed me that they have to upgrade the receiver and charge would be $100.
Now I want to add Blockbuster Movie Pass and they said I have to upgrade my receiver because it doesn't have DVR. Charge is $100.
Are you kidding me? Why would you not give me a receiver which has the potential for any combination of channels. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever come across.
Customer service is the most pathetic in the industry!!!
