I recently leased a vehicle from Ford. The first bill mailed to be was an error and they overcharged me. After calling and speaking with a representative I was told that the error would be corrected and I would be sent a new bill. This never happened. A few weeks later I called again.
After explaining the situation to 3 representatives I was transferred to ESTHER. She is one of the rudest people I've ever spoken to on the telephone. She is in the Processing Department. She told me that it was "my job" to call Ford if I had an issue. Never mind that I had already called a month earlier and been promised that the overcharge on my bill would be corrected. She still said it was "my issue" and her tone was one of annoyance. I was staying calm but she was annoyed! If this is how Ford treats their lease clients, this will be the last lease I have with Ford. If anyone from FORD is reading this, you should FIRE Esther. There are a lot of people in this economy looking for jobs and I AM SURE that many of them are competent and pleasant. Esther is neither competent nor pleasant!
