I hate T-Mobile. I called to contest some of the bogus charges on my bill and was TRANSFERRED TO 4 PEOPLE and the last woman was SO RUDE - talking over me, not providing any helpful advice, etc. That I asked to speak with her manager. Was put on hold for 5 min. And she said her MANAGER, Wanda would speak with me in a couple of minutes and BEHOLD!!! I was on hold for over 1 hour!!!
