We had the service for almost 5 years. Cancelled because we moved. They told us they would send out the boxes for us to ship back the equipment. Boxes did not arrive and we are no longer in that house (we left the boxes there as we were going to sign up with another cable provide). They keep on leaving these automated messages that if we do not send the equipment back within 5 days of receiving our boxes they will charge the total cost of the equipment in the same card with which we opened the account. Those equipments are already paid for. We were paying $5 per equipment a month so if we do the math we paid around $300 per each box. The other concern is that we committed to a 2 year contract which expired in 2009. We did not sign any new contract and in their message they state we committed to sending the equipment back and agreed to lease only. Does it still apply if contract expired almost 3 years ago? Really poor service and what concerns the most is the threatening automated messages.
