Wells Fargo? I have had a credit card with Wells Fargo for many, many years. Recently Wells Fargo put a temporary hold on my account. While I use this card often it currently has a zero balance. Wells Fargo sent an email requesting I call the company's Fraud Protection Division. The email stated a Wells Fargo representative would be "happy to assist me."
I called the number provided. The Wells Fargo representative stated "I can't help you and you must go to a Wells Fargo branch." Naturally, I inquire as to the nature of the issue. The Wells Fargo response was "I can't tell you anything."
OK, if this is the type of customer service Wells Fargo considers appropriate why should I continue to give them my business.
The only words to describe this insanity is it is INSANE.
