All consumers beware of the lowes "service agreement" plan. They just don't have it straight! It is now apirl 4,2012, and my initial call to service my washer was in january 2012. The service people lowes have contracts with don't bother to contact us customers when there is a service date booked from the lowes service department for them. I made contact with the repair palce and they told me that there was no way they could schedule me for that day since tyhey were overbooked, they booked me a new date. They ended up servicing the washer on february 28th. I still had issues and aparently it wasn't fixed so i made another call on march 2,2012. The sevice people never called me, so once again i contacted them and went to their business on march 9th to investigate why it was taking so long. I was told that the part had been ordered (aparently the installed part was defective) and to expecte a call from them to replace the part within a week or two because they were very busy and backed up since the lowes service department always over booked them. Yesterday, april 3,2012 i gave the service place a call and they (dispatcher) told me that the tech was supponsed to contact me that same day or the next. Which to me, it was a big coincidence!!! It is now april 4,2012 and am still waiting for the service people to call me. My machine it still not working properly after 3 freaking long months! I have made complaints to the service # and it really doesn't make a differece. Please don't buy from lowe's {avoid the headaches{ i wish someone would have told me this before!!! It really sucks!!!
