When the Century link salesperson comes to your door, please ask him or her to leave. We switched over from Comcast and it's been the biggest headache of my life. Century Link and Direct TV have a terrible working relationship!
They over charged me from the original quote and it took 8 hours of customer service to get it correct. When my bill was finally squared up they disconnect my Direct TV. I call Direct TV and they say call Century Link. I call Century link and they say call Direct TV. When I finally reach an online chat person, they say call tomorrow. What! Still NO service and No Twins game, because of this poorly run Bundle service between these two companies!!! Please, please, please do your research and get quotes in writing before you venture into this terrible situation.
