Complaint / review text:
We purchased the Dungeons and Dragons: Castle Ravenloft Board Game, which is produced by Hasbro's subsidiary company Wizards of the Coast, from an online retailer in late April 2012. Upon opening the game we noticed an issue with our product that started off minor and then became worse over a few days. After browsing the Wizards of the Coast website we decided to contact the customer service department by email.
Within 24 hours we had a response pertaining to our issue, and within 48 hours they had dispatched replacement parts. To say the least I was blown away by the quick and friendly turnaround. Hasbro’s Wizards of the Coast customer service is truly magical.
