Big mistake ordering this from Home Depot. Did not like...

Big mistake ordering this from Home Depot. Did not like the fact that it would take them 3 days just to process the order, then 8 days to get the item. UPS delivered it and the box had already been open on the bottom and the unit was dented. I was in the box with no package and I am sure it had to be one they had got back. All Home Depot online department wanted to do for me was have me return it, and then they would ship me another one but I would have to reorder it which would mean another 3 days to just process the order. Left me on hold forever trying to get a supervisor to talk to me, I hung up and called the local store. The manager there got the same thing from Home Depot online, they did say they would give me 10% off. He told them 10% off is nothing I needed a good unit ASAP. He was trying to get them to ship it ASAP to the store or me but they would not. Will return it tomorrow to the store and get one from another local store. I ordered it from Home Depot because if I had a problem I could get it taken care of fast, well not true. I will now have Lowes match Home Depot prices and shop there even though I always liked Home Depots local store service better than Lowes.
