Ok, I have sent over 4/5 emails (waited over two weeks for a response) finally I decided to call, and was told on two separate occasions by two separate customer service representatives that I was to receive an exchange! It's been over a month, and I have been waiting for the boots!
Not to mention I payed for them to be returned with the promise of an exchange. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with Groupon, but not the only. I use Groupon often, but will definitely reconsider next time as I don't want to have to deal with the headache.
