Centurylink Reps are idiots! I had my service for one months and moved to another city. All I requested was a service address change and they cancelled my account. They charged me $198.99 that was meant for my 1st bill as a cancellation fee. Then, I got a collections bill saying I owe 189.99 for cancelling my account, which I never cancelled. I called customer service and they created a new account instead of fixing my old account. Not only that but DirectTV charged me $124.00 for having service installed at my new address, which Centurylink rep said was going to be free. I've talked with customer service close to 30 times now (I am dead serious) and apparently they created a third account. (I've only had the service for about 4 months.) How do I know this? Because today I received a second dsl modem with a new order number. The $198.00 I paid originally has apparently been credited, but I still owe two months, now three, which is completely false. I will never order Centurylink service again. My issues are still unresolved. The good thing is that I have proof of every false statement and errors made by Centurylink reps.
