Complaint / review text:
My GE Dishwasher would go through the cycle as if it was cleaning the dishes only to find out the came out more dirty than when I put them in. I called GE repair services to come out and take a look at the problem and he said it was the control panel. He replaced it and I paid for it but he didn't check to see if it was working before he left. The next time we used the dishwasher we encountered the same problem. I called again and the repairman came back out and tells me its working fine but when i ask him to stay until the cycle is complete he says he can't and that if it continues its the motor and I asked him for a refund he told me that the control panel was bad as well but if i'm having the same problem as before i couldn't possibly. He couldn't answer me. When I called GE consumer affairs the agent took some information and said that she would submit to committee to review and approve my case. She called the next day saying that it was rejected. No reason why so i called her again only to get her voice message. She never called me back so I kept calling until i reached another person who took more information and said she would have the original agent call me back. It's been 3 days and I'm still waiting. So guess what, i'm calling her again tomorrow. If it don't get a satisfied resolution I'm going to contact Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs and call GE corporate to file a complaint. Terrible customer service that they have to sell you products you don't need and won't credit you!!!
