Mattress was purchased in October 2011. The mattress is all sunken in about about 2" or more.
Simmons said there was nothing they could do and I was told to contact the retailer were I purchased the mattress. The retailer would not honor the warranty either. The mattress looks like it is ten years old. I thought I was purchasing a good product.
I would say Simmons is not customer friendly company since they do not stand behind their product after it is purchased. I would think they would be happy with customer feedback and try to improve the product.
