It's just ridiculous how bad the customer service on the phone is, especially when you're dealing with the same issue for days. They ask you a question, put you on hold, come back and ask you the same question they asked you the day before but apparently nobody put the information in the system, so you tell them that and they put you on hold again, and then ask the same questions over and over again. So in a period of 4 days you basically have the same conversation over and over and over again with different people AND each phone call takes at least 2-3 hours of your time. The people are very nice but they're dumb as a box of rocks, Comcast gives them NO tools to work with so they're basically message takers and tech schedulers. Save me the time and instead of asking me the same questions over and over again just cut to the chase and schedule the tech and stop wasting my time.
