Comcast customer service SUCKS. I cancelled my Comcast Service in May, returned the equipment and on 5-198-12 called them re: any credit owed to us. They advised I had a $4.90 credit that would be sent within 30 days. I never received a check, but did receive a bill for $37.10 with no details on what the bill was for. I then spent over a week with multiple calls, online chats and email and NO ONE could give me any explanation for the bill. Then i received a comcast notice threatening collection and damage to my credit rating. So, I went to a Comcast office. They told me the reason for the bill (unreturned equipment) and that it was a Comcast error (as all equipment was returned), but advised they could not help, that I would have to call 1-800-comcast and talk to a billing supervisor. So I called and the billing supervisor tried to tell me that it was not for equipment, but unpaid services, but she could not tell me what dates of service were unpaid. I told her we have a credit for services and she put me on hold 15 minutes ago - STILL ON HOLD
