Last night I had to call McAfee because of an issue with my Windows firewall and McAfee. There was an issue with an update McAfee did on 8/15/12. I was told my wait time would be approx 10 mins. I was on hold for an hour before I was put through to someone. It was EXTREMELY hard to understand the technician I was speaking with. I was very frustrated for being on hold for an hour and then having to try and understand him for another hour to get the issue resolved. I haven't even had McAfee for 2 months and this is already the 2nd issue I have had with them. I will NOT purchase this antivirus again. If I have any more issues with it, I will delete it permanently.
