Complaint / review text:
I spent well over $130 for a new phone with boost. I am very dissapointed with this. After spending like 30 min trying to fight with the automated answering system in order to get ahold of a live rep. I was told that my phone that I bought earlier on that day was defective. They basicly sold me a broken phone. New and out of the box and all. I went back for a refund and was told "We are a dealer so we can set our policy however we want so you get no refund" I had to get the guy to call the manager and i had to struggle to get a refund for my phone. At this point I decided not to go with boost moble anymore. I was trying to get my money out of my boost account. I was told to call the 1800 number to get my money back. I spent another 30 min fighting with the stupid automated system to get told that I wasnt gonna get my money they owe me. I asked for a superviser and the customer service rep Phillip promptly hung up on me.
