Absolute worst service I have ever experienced. They came to my door pushing bundle service. Said there internet was just as fast as cable but half the price if I let them do my phone and switch my direct tv to centurylink. I said come back tomorrow. I always do my reserch before acting. He said he could not come back and price was only if I signed up with him. He gave me a document and I had him sign it stating I could cancel order any time before install date with no charge. Well of course their internet is not even close to cable. Confirmed it with my neighbor who had centurylink. I canceled the order. Next thing I know is I have a bill from centurylink for my DirectTv only. I call them up asking what happened. It took three people to finally locate my account as they do not sell or support stand alone services. Fine, switch me back to DirectTv. It took 4 months and threating a lawyer to finally get them to do it. I will never in my life use Centurylink.
