Complaint / review text:
I placed an order on 28th for a text book. At that time the shipping date was mentioned to be 29th Aug. On 30th the shiiping date is changed to 31st Aug. I called them to ask abt it, and they said its out of stock and they cant even ship it on 31st Aug and it may take 5 more days. They are not able to even cancel the order as the warehouse is rejecting the cancellation request.
So I am stuck here. My course is starting in a couple of days. I cannot order the book from another stores because my order is still under process with B&Y. Have'nt seen a service worse than this.
