I called Regions customer service to ask a simple quest...

I called Regions customer service to ask a simple question about our credit card statement. I was on hold for 2 hours & 15 minutes. I finally had to hang up because I needed to use the restroom. I have never been on hold this long to ask a credit card question, and just got madder with each minute that passed. Terrible Customer Service.
