Complaint / review text:
So i dropped my phone in coffee cup 9 days ago, really excited to get new phone today, which i did at 3pm. Old phone had simms card new ones dont use one. Pakage advertised that i could use existin number on new phone, so i added time to the old number since it had to be activated 2 do that change, not knowing that old phone would have to be able to turn on. Of course it doesnt work or i wouldnt of been in this situation to begin with... Now i cant switch numbers, have put $30 on non workin phone, (which is non refundable) no human customer service to my disposale until my broke phone' is turned on!!! Still have no phone $125.00 later. Simple? 7hrs later im aggervated, need to check on kids and cant call. CUSTOMER SERVICE is for customers, right? Then why is this customer at a loss with no service, $10 morein gas, so walmart can tell me their customer service cant help me either!!! Big B. S.
