I have used straight talk for my service provider for about 5 yrs give or take. I just recently had my phone replaced because it was defective. It took me 2 months to get a replacement. When i finally got it, i transferred the temp phone i was using to this phone. Now i get this network error message every time i do anything in the phone. Also i'm unable to receive or send pictures. So i call them and the girl was like okay, hold for a moment and then come back saying that my number wasn't a straight talk number and that i have to buy a service plan. I told her my service end date and she had me again on hold for like 30 minutes, come back on and said "you should be all set. Turn your phone off and back on and you'll get the error 67 code and to update profile", so i did. Then called a friend and he said "Where you calling from?" I said my phone and he told me it was a different number. She changed my number, and I still couldn't get pictures or receive them. So I called back, they said they couldn't give me back my old number. I was livid. It took me 3 days to get my old number back. Now it's still saying my number is not a straight talk number and i still cannot send or receive photos and i still get that network error when connecting to anything. I'm so annoyed with straight talk right now. I'm afraid to call back cuz i dont want them to change my number again. I transferred the number i have from another company to straight talk, so i've had this number for like 9 yrs. I don't want a new one. What i want is my phone back to normal. Straight talk really needs to get their heads out of their butts and get with the program or they will end up boycotted. There are so many other prepaid services now being offered that has the unlimited for cheap also.
