So I ordered a book online from Barnes and Noble. I had paid for it to be there with in 3 day. This was a book for a class I had and needed it asap. I get an e-mail from them 4 days after it should have arrived, asking for a 5 day extension. I aloud this because I did not need the book that week. The 5 days are up and still no book. The next day I get another e-mail asking for a 30 day extension this time. I am so mad at them that I just can't reply. Finally when I have done ranting I see that they sent another message saying that they have sent the book and that it will be here in 2 day. I had called them up to make sure that it was really on the way and they weren't just going to ask to extend it again. I was on hold for 30 min. And the lady who I talked to was very rude. Saying that it was on the way and that my tracking number was all I needed. That was not the question I had. I was so pissed at that point that I was about to just cancel the order, but I had to have the book for my class so I was stuck. I hope that others will read this and never buy anything online from Barnes and Noble. They just suck. I really miss Borders. They never treated me this way.
