Never got our flowers. We ordered flowers for my boss in a Friday, and paid the extra to have them arranged and delivered by a local florist by noon Monday. Noon came and went, and no flowers. By 1:30 I called and they couldn't get the florist on the phone. I told them my recipient might be gone sometime after 2:00, I wasn't sure. They said they would keep checking. No flowers and no contact. They said unfortunately the florist had funeral flowers to deliver but they would come the next day. I kept the order with at 20 per cent discount and the promise of delivery by noon the next day only because I knew my boss would be there for the morning. Noon came and went again, and no flowers. I called and told them to cancel my order. The customer service guy called the florist at almost 1:00 and they told him they were on the truck for delivery in 15 minutes, but I told him I didn't want them, to just give me a refund. It totally messed up my surprise for my boss and now her birthday was the day before so I looked like I forgot. They wouldn't tell me who the local florist was that was making them look bad but I will never use these people again. It has soured me on ordering flowers at all. Knowing the florist messed up the previous day, Pro Flowers should have called the florist and told them to make sure my order arrived on time the next day.
