I had the same dishonest treatment from Global Tel-Link. They called our house asking for more money when nobody was actually trying to use their service anymore. We paid them assuming somebody was trying to call, but Global Tel-Link thinks this is a legitimate charge. Everybody needs to file an FCC complaint against Global Tel-Link. The FCC does follow up on every legitimate complaint and will often force the company to refund your money. The FCC has the power to shut down the company completely (and they will) if they are not acting responsibly, but they need everyone's complaints for ammunition against the company.
