Comcast scheduled an appointment, never showed up, and then charged me for the appointment. They refused to cancel the charge, because they claimed the driver waited outside my house, however he never rang the bell, came to the door or called. When I spoke to comcast to try to schedule another appointment, they said that since I already had an appointment scheduled that wasn't fulfilled, I now cannot schedule another appointment. So now, I am being charged for the service at $149 per month, but am not getting any cable service because they refuse to come and install it.
