I've been a t-mobile customer for over a decade (10 years) voicestream before the merge. I've lived at my residence for over 3 years. Recently this last month and a half i have been having dropped calls / picture and text messages that fail to send, going on 5 days before i get the sending failed notification / and poor internet, very poor. I pay for 4g service. I have made over 20 phone calls to there tech department. About 5 calls where rude. But that was from the non tech department. (the ones that where transferring me to tech department where the rude ones). I have been promised by 4 techs that they would personally call me back within 72hours. Not once has this happened. Even stating that by a tech that he wants to correct and not be one of those other techs with there failed promises. I was told that i needed a New simcard. Got one. Problem still not resolved. Now i receive phone calls that have different names. (Like the doctors office called. But it registered as a friends named Joe that i haven't spoke with in 5 years). I have 5 lines and pay $321.00 a month. Im the biggest data user on the plan. They tell me a tech Will be out at the towers to try and resolve the issue. Yet later in the week i call back and they tell me a actual tech doesn't nor didn't go out to check any tower. Thats just a response they tell their customers. My business is important and they value me as a customer. But when i ask to have my plan removed so i can go with a provider that can better service me and my needs. They say sure. Ill get you to our cancelling department. There full of crap if they think Im paying a$250.00 cancelling fee for a service i did have then they want to update their towers to L. T. E. And jeopardize my service. Its not my fault. And i refuse to brag about there service. Welcome to T-mobile. Now the nations more dependable and fastest 4g service available - my hairy carcass.
