I created an account by playing a free game, and recently the company made an announcement that the game was coming to an end. This announcement included an offer for a "Complimentary Bonus Package" to be applied if I chose to migrate to a different game. I chose a new game, at the end of October and still have not received this offered bonus. I have made several attempts via email to inquire about this offer, and each time my question was not answered. Today, I was told that the offer only applies to players who have made a purchase. No where in the offer did it stipulate I had to spend money to receive the bonus, in fact, the verbiage states the offer is complimentary. Here is the wording for the offer: Thank you for supporting Treasure Isle and for being a loyal player! We're sorry to inform you that Treasure Isle will be shutting down on December 5,2012.in place of Treasure Isle, we encourage you to play other Zynga games like CastleVille, ChefVille, FarmVIlle 2, Mafia Wars, and YoVille. We appreciate your participation in Treasure Isle as it helped make the game a fun place to meet and find buried treasure. As a loyal Treasure Isle player, you are eligible for a one-time, complimentary bonus package in one of the following games: Castleville, Chefville, FarmVille 2, Mafia Wars or YoVille. You can start the process by going to the game and clicking the Redeem Offer button. NOTE: This offer is only valid until December 5,2012. Thank you for your time in Treasure Isle.
