We stopped service with Century Link in July 2012. My business paid the final bill at the end of the month. The next bill came, we called but paid it. Then came the toll free number bill (which we didn't know we had) then we said enough we are not paying that and they sent a bill for 3 months after the termination date in July. Now they turned it over to collections. We paid it today but expect to see more dribble in bills. Century Link is like a bad rash, it is a bother while you have it and it never really goes away. Switch to VOIP and rid this company from your towns.
