After a promotion rate expired, my bill doubled. CenturyLink would not initiate a new promotion rate until the next month, so I had to pay the higher bill. When the next months bill came, it was double the agreed upon rate. CenturyLink would not drop the bill to the previously agreed upon amount, stating since the bill had been printed, they couldn't do anything about it, but again promised that "next month" the promotion rate would start...
