Worst customer service: Called for a complete security system. While the tech person was friendly, he did not have an adequate supply of security equipment in truck. Sale person who the appt was set up with did not give complete truth when purchasing the sevurity system. Smoke alarm was not included in the security system another call and appt was needed and that required another wait time of 40 minutes to be shuffled around the department for over 40 minutes.in addition, a second tech person came out to repair cable in a bedroom, his idea of repairing it was to run another cable up the side of the house, open the window so that he could run the cable into the room and then shut the window on top of the cable. Kid you not, Needless to say the window does not close and is now pinching the cable.
