I have a complaint about your service at store #4644. I ordered at3:56pm i didn't pull out of the drive thru until 4:16. On top of the 20min wait my food wasn't hot! I didn't find this out until i got down the road and begin to eat. My fries were limp, the buns to my burger was cold like they didn't put it thru the toaster, they did get the no onoins no tom right, but i said light mayo and they put too much. Also my drink was ordered with no ice, but i got that also. After 20mins i should have had steaming hot food. What were they doing all that time? They need to get it together, someone's building a fast food place right across the street from them. They can lose customers like that. I've never had a bad experience at bk in my life, until yesterday! I was so disappointed in bk and i was hungry from not eating all day. I ended up stopping at the next mcdonalds to eat before i got home. But i thought someone should know how bad the service is at that store, you don't even get a greeting. I wouldn't recommend to my friends to stop there. Maybe they can be straightened out with some retraining. Thank you for listening.
