Complaint / review text:
Order for two custom patches was placed on 1/10. Received an email, with tracking number, that stated items were shipped on 1/15 via USPS. Waited until the following week to send an email inquiry to the seller, asking where my item was; never received a response. On 1/25, filed a dispute with PayPal. Seller responded by forwarding same tracking number.
Tracking on USPS site states that electronic shipping info has been received; the location is blank. Electronic shipping info does not equate to actual shipping, unfortunately. Due to seller's unwillingness to make this problem right, PayPal dispute has been escalated to a claim. Have also filed a report with the BBB even though the business is not accredited.
Silly me for not looking up the company on BBB in the first place. Had I have done so, I would have seen their 'F' rating and their 21 received complaints for this exact problem.
