I have grown increasingly dissatisfied with straight talk. I was not receiving calls, and voice mail messages would show up days after they were left. Not to mention my phone kept turning itself off and i couldnt replace it cause i could not offord to be without a phone while i sent mine back to them and waited for them to send me a new one. The last straw came when I was unable to receive an important call which cost me $300, I decided to change phone companies. My mistake was to try and port my number over to the new company. I would receve my new phone within 4 days from the new company. I would then activate it the day before my straight talk service was up. As I said, that is where the trouble started. When AT&T checked the availability of the number, straight talk cancceled my service 5 days early. Now they say my phone number is not a straight talk number. I have no phone until the new phone gets here. Did Straight Talk cancel my service out of spite?
When I fianlly got someone on the phone who seemed to want to help, he started to transfer me over to a supervisor. I got 3 seconds of hold music then a recording, "We are unable to transfer your call at this time. Please call again later, goodbye" WTF!!!
P.S. I have been with straight talk for 2 years, and my problems started 4 months ago. Up until then, I was very satisfied.
