For the past year, Global Tel*Link has been draining my pockets by ending my phone calls prematurely though I still have money on my account. I've tried calling Customer Service but it gets me nowhere. Today, when I called, I was told that if you talk to an inmate for 5 minutes, that's a conversation & that's their policy. I emailed a lawyer who is currently pursuing this issue. I think everyone else should too. This is exploitation & they should not get away w / it.
