Long wait times when calling customer service, "a couple of minutes" turns into abnormally long silences on Expedia's end. If you want to make a change to the itinerary (like cancelling a car rental), the entire trip must be paid off before making any cancellations, then I have to wait for a refund for services that I do not want. Ridiculous! I have until April 25th to make the 2nd half payment. There is nothing in the itinerary Rules and restriction list that states that no changes can be made unless the entire trip is paid... Just the opposite. Go somewhere else! Anywhere else! Horrible customer service.
