I called to ask a simple question about booking online. After answering a slew of questions that the rep had asked, I repeated my question. However, instead of answering my simple question or even stating that they weren't sure why I was having the problem booking online, she kept trying to sell me different trips. After going round and round for about 10 minutes, I asked to speak to either a supervisor or another agent. She wouldn't connect me to either and just tried to sell me a different trip again. After another 5 minutes of asking to talk to a supervisor, I got fed up and hung up. Horrible, horrible service.
