Was called April 2,2013 that I was in collections from Century Link concerning an unpaid bill from October 2012. My regular bill of $204.76 was taken out on November 23,2012.
I heard nothing from Century Link on the October bill though all my payments are done by auto-pay. I still have auto-pay though it was stopped for 30 days in December because I no longer wanted my home phone. I didn't receive and letter or anything letting
me know any of this. When I called their customer service I was told I owed it with no other explanation. They would tell me it was a Verizon bill through bundling. I called Verizon and they told me I owed them nothing. Verizon worked with me for 2.5 hours and even talked to Century Link. Customer service at Century Link is appalling and they care little about customer satisfaction. If I DIDN'T NEED the internet for my Dish Network Hopper I would have canceled them immediately but I am have not choice but to keep it if I want Dish Network. Extremely upset with the whole process.
