I swear, I never felt so much hate and despise as I feel about nomorerack.com. Purchased 2 items worth $70, and now I have a nightmare returning it and getting a refund. The merchandise arrived from China, 2 weeks later, passing the return cutoff time. The "sateen" Egyptian thread count bed sheet set turned out to be polyester. The "leather" bag turned out to be plastic and smelled of chemicals. PayPal is not being helpful, you will not find any consumer protection policies with them, they are not an American company, it seams. I already spent a week getting massages like this:
We do request your kind patience as we are still waiting for confirmation from the vendor. Rest assured that we will inform you right away once we receive an update. Thank you for your patience."
Hmm, kind patience, sound like a standard customer support message from Dell Indian tech support.
Isn't it time we put a stop to foreign merchandisers with fake, dangerous products, foreign managed financial hubs such as Paypal, and customer support with bad English? I am sick of getting used and my money stolen. We need to produce and service here, in America!!! Imho...
