I am so sick and tired of the issues with Century Link! I have had issues in the past with the internet service going down at least twice a month. Now my internet speed is slow slow slow. Slow as snails! Slow as molasses! I've upheld my end by paying the bill. You'll need to uphold your end of the bargin (and at the price I'm paying, it ain't no bargin) I'm tired of crawling under my desk to "reset your equipment" because the internet went down or the speed is slow. We put a man on the moon forty years ago and I'm crawling under my desk to reset your equipment? NO NO NO! That is not how your treat customers. Fix my speed please.
