Called T-Mobile to speak with their customer service manager and the supervisor refused to let me speak with him. She then just hung up on me. There representatives are clueless when it comes to resolving issues. I spent over 2 hours just trying to get a stupid prepaid nano card for my iphone 5. I didn't even get it after all that! I do not recommend! I was mistreated and am very upset. That is no way to handle an issue, in my opinion.
