Unfortunately we live in an area that only has very slow dial-up. Hughes.net was bad enough but then we were forced (they were shutting down our satellite or so they say even though my neighbor 400 ft away is still on that one) to go to Gen4. What a terrible mistake. DO NOT BELIEVE any of those phony commercials: it is not fast nor is it reliable. It took myself and two techs from Norton to load 360 because Hughes kept timing out or would not even load the site. Get used to seeing: This webpage is not available
Google Chrome could not load the webpage because www.anthem.com took too long to respond. The website may be down, or you may be experiencing issues with your Internet con as it will strike any website at any time.
Their tech/customer support??? Forget it. Even if you can understand the dialect, they will only read off a script regardless what you tell them, repeatedly.
